These Terms of Service govern access to and use of weaveleads, including the website, dashboard, hosted tool pages, embeds, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using a hosted tool, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Provider

weaveleads is an independent software service. In these Terms, "weaveleads", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the weaveleads service.

3. Eligibility And Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, or binding contractual restrictions.

4. Customer Data And Data Protection Responsibilities

As between weaveleads and the customer, the customer owns the business content, tool configuration, and customer data submitted through the customer's tools. The customer grants weaveleads a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and otherwise use that data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

When a customer uses weaveleads to collect personal data from leads, visitors, or end users, the customer is responsible for providing legally required notices, obtaining any necessary consents, honoring data subject rights, and ensuring that the collection and use of the data is lawful. If required by law, the customer must enter into a data processing agreement with weaveleads before using the service to process regulated personal data.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use weaveleads for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not collect or process personal data without an appropriate legal basis or required notice.
• Do not use the service to send spam, violate anti-marketing rules, or harvest data without permission.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or bypass rate limits, account restrictions, or security measures.
• Do not use the service to process special-category, biometric, health, criminal, or children's data unless you have confirmed that the feature, safeguards, and contract terms support that use and the law permits it.

6. AI Features And Output

Certain weaveleads features use third-party AI providers to generate outputs from customer-configured prompts and user submissions. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

You must not use AI features in situations where inaccurate output could create unacceptable legal, medical, financial, safety, or rights-related harm without appropriate human review and safeguards.

7. Third-Party Services

weaveleads may integrate with or rely on third-party identity providers, payment service providers, storage providers, analytics providers, AI providers, and customer-configured webhooks. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices. weaveleads is not responsible for products or services that it does not control.

8. Plans, Billing, Renewals, And Taxes

• Paid plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis unless stated otherwise on the pricing page or order form.
• You authorize applicable payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees, taxes, and other amounts due.
• Plan features, usage limits, and prices may differ by geography and are described in the pricing or checkout flow.
• You can cancel renewal through the billing settings. Refunds may be granted by weaveleads when appropriate, including cases involving billing errors, duplicate charges, or other valid situations reviewed by us.
• We may suspend paid features if payment fails, a charge is reversed, or fraud is suspected.

9. Intellectual Property

weaveleads and its related software, design, branding, documentation, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, weaveleads retains all rights, title, and interest in the service.

You retain your rights in the content and data you submit, subject to the processing rights described in these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative works of the service except as permitted by law or by written agreement with us.

10. Suspension And Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, weaveleads' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to weaveleads for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless weaveleads, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law that validly applies to the operator of the service and by any mandatory consumer or data protection law that applies to you.
